Gregg’s Mistflower Conoclinium greggii
Drought tolerant, herbaceous perennial. Flowers in March through November, attracting butterflies and bees. Spreads by rhizomes to create a groundcover.

Growing Requirements
Full Sun, Part Shade
Fairly drought tolerant once established. Can grow well in dappled shade and can even take shady conditions but will flower more in sun and with supplemental irrigation. Water especially during hot, dry spells. Does not require good drainage.
Culture & Care
Water occasionally in summer during hot, dry spells for continued blooming. Cut dead foliage to the ground before spring growth. Optionally prune a bit in May to encourage a more compact shape. Divide every two years to keep contained.
Troubleshooting
Can spread aggressively under optimal growing conditions but is easy to control due to shallow roots.
